Drug Discovery
Creabilis' approach is to put drug discovery and development at the core of the research process rather than develop scientific rationales which may or may not bear fruit. The Company exploits its world-class knowledge of the biological processes underlying dermatological disorders and its core technologies to produce new product candidates that have properties that increase the potential as new therapeutics. For example, MiniPEGylation was used to produce derivatives of K-252a (a kinase inhibitor known to be active in psoriasis) with the properties needed for a successful topical treatment.
