CREABILIS therapeutics S.p.A. managing director will be the regular responsible for the treatment of these data.

User personal data will be used by CREABILIS therapeutics S.p.A. respecting the privacy protection principles established by the italian D. lgs 196/2003 and other related rules of law in force. This informative report concerns personal data sent by the user when registering, and also the data obtained by users visits and navigation in our web site.

CREABILIS therapeutics S.p.A. subjects users personal data to all the treatment operations expected by the italian D. lgs 196/2003 - i.e collecting, recording, organizing, storing, processing, modifying, selecting, extracting, comparing, using, interconnecting and any other operation useful to delivering the requested services, including communication to third parties, when necessary - mainly with automatic and computerized modalities. These data might be also organized in databases or archives. In particular, the aim of the personal data management is the following:

c) participation to prize contests eventually connected to the service;

d) to accomplish to all the possible accounting and fiscal fulfilments;

e) to disclose the identity of potentially guilty parties only in the case of an explicit request by the competent authority.

In case the user gives an appropriate agreement:

f) to send information and/or offerings regarding the services provided by CREABILIS therapeutics S.p.A. and/or affiliated/controlled companies; CREABILIS therapeutics S.p.A. undertakes not to transfer its customers data to third parties;

g) to verify the quality of the services offered, even providing post-sale services;

The customer may access its data at any time and exercise the rights described in the art. 7 of the D. lgs 196/2003. CREABILIS therapeutics S.p.A. informs that, according to the art. 7 of the D. lgs 196/2003, customers have the right:

a) to know the existence of data that concern them;

b) to be informed about the identity of the person or company responsible for the data;

c) to obtain from the responsible person: confirmation of the existence of personal data, the communication of that data and of its origin, and also of the logic and aim of the treatment;

d) to the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of data violating the law;

e) to the updating, the correction and the integration of the data;

f) to the declaration that the one the data have been communicated and/or diffused to, was informed about the operations described in the previous point;

g) to be completely or partially opposed to the treatment, for lawful reasons;

h) to modify its own agreement, by completely or partially opposing afterwards to the treatment for commercial advertising purposes or accomplishment of market surveys and similar actions.
