CT335
CT335 is being developed as a new systemic treatment for Behçet's Disease, a rare and serious disease for which there is no current cure. The symptoms of Behçet's Disease are varied but include a number which are dermatological. Creabilis has applied its MiniPEGylation technology to produce a kinase inhibitor which reduces the inflammatory response mediated by TNF-α which is thought to play a significant role in Behçet's Disease.
CT335 has potential against other inflammatory conditions and these will be evaluated alongside its development for Behçet's Disease.
