The CT500 program is aimed at inflammatory disorders including Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), a dermatological condition.
Creabilis is targeting SLE through developing a variant of a HMGB-1 domain, a protein which is involved in the inflammatory response in a number of other diseases including sepsis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, chronic renal disease, inflammatory bowel disease, vasculitis and late diabetic complications.
